Will & Bequest Giving

Look after your family. Make Israel part of your legacy.

Writing your Will is one of the most thoughtful ways to care for the people you love. After you have provided for your family and friends, you may also choose to leave a gift to Christians for Israel Australia, helping future generations stand with Israel and understand God’s purposes.

Christians for Israel Australia has partnered with Safewill to make writing your Will simple, secure and affordable online.

Safewill

C4I supporters can write a simple Will online with Safewill for $80 outside Free Wills Week campaign periods.

Your Will is an act of love

Elchanan Kalmanzon and family

Your Will is a clear expression of care for the people and causes closest to your heart. It allows you to provide for loved ones, name the people you trust to carry out your wishes, and make thoughtful decisions about the legacy you leave.

After your family and friends are cared for, even a small percentage of your estate can make a lasting difference through the ministry you already love and support.

Create your Will in three simple steps

Safewill guides you through the process online, step by step. For many people with simple circumstances, it is a straightforward way to create or update a Will from home.

1

Prepare your Will

Answer simple questions online using a computer, tablet or phone.

2

Submit for Review

When you are ready, submit your Will for Safewill’s legal review process.

3

Print and Sign

Once reviewed, print your Will and sign it with the required witnesses.

Have more complex circumstances? Safewill also offers a Customised Will option, or you may prefer to speak with your own solicitor.

Choose the option that is right for you

Option 1: Safewill

You can create a simple Will online using C4I’s Safewill link. Supporters have free access during the Free Wills Week in March and September, and those needing a Will outside these months can access a discounted offer.

Option 2: Your Solicitor

If you already have a solicitor, have complex estate planning needs, or simply prefer personal legal advice, you can still include Christians for Israel Australia in your Will using the suggested wording below.

A Note from Ian

Dear friend,

Preparing a Will is a deeply personal act of stewardship.

It gives you the opportunity to care wisely for those closest to you and to prayerfully consider what your faith will continue to say after your lifetime.

After you have made provision for your loved ones, I invite you to consider leaving a gift to Christians for Israel Australia. Your legacy can help continue the work of teaching the Church, comforting Israel and blessing the Jewish people for generations to come.

Thank you for considering a legacy of hope.

Questions you may have

Should I provide for my family first?

Yes. We encourage you to make thoughtful provision for your family and loved ones first. After that, you may wish to include a gift to a charity you care about.
Do I need to leave a large amount?

No. Many people choose to leave a percentage of their estate rather than a fixed amount. Even a small percentage can make a lasting difference.
Can I use Safewill if I already have a Will?
Yes, Safewill can help many people update their Will. If your circumstances are complex, you should seek independent legal advice.
Is an online Will valid?
Online Wills must meet the same signing and witnessing requirements as other Wills. After completing the online process, you will need to print and sign your Will correctly with independent witnesses.
Does C4I need to know I have included a gift?

No. Your Will is private. However, telling us allows us to thank you personally and understand your heart for the ministry.
Can I speak to someone at C4I first?
Yes. We would be honoured to answer general questions about C4I’s work and provide bequest information. We cannot provide legal or financial advice.
